2. Spray engraved lacquer film paper: The tracing paper is glued to the flat block with paste, and the rubber water (volume ratio) and gasoline (1 part) are adjusted with the pen. Transfer: After carving graphics, you can transfer the first done on the screen frame. The method is to put the carved film on the net frame under the press, with cotton dip a little thinner on the above gently rub, until the film and screen stick. After drying for a few minutes, peel off the tracing paper. If the paper is not completely off, it can be wiped with cotton water. Carbon paper printing method: and film engraving method is similar, but also a relatively simple hand plate method. The main manufacturing process is as follows:
Photosensitive paper: Photosensitive paper is a kind of carbon paper which is thickly coated on barium paper and is cut according to the size of the figure for use.
Sensitization: Soak in a solution of 500 mL and 20 g ammonium dichromate for 3-5 minutes, remove the carbon paper, and drain the water.
Exposure: Stick the carbon paper flat on the clean glass, the adhesive film up, cover the positive polyester film bottom plate on the top, with the printing machine for exposure, exposure time of 8-12 minutes.
Developing: After exposure, soak in warm water of 40~50 degrees for a few minutes, so that the film and positive plate and zinc oxide base paper naturally separated, carefully develop with warm water until the force text is clear.
