Container labeling is generally made of PVC adhesive material, screen printing + made of high quality anti-fading ink. We all know that. PVC self-adhesive material has the characteristics of waterproof, oil proof, friction resistance, strong weather resistance, high temperature resistance and so on. It is very suitable for making container labels.
The ISO marks have necessary marks and optional marks, each mark marks and operation marks respectively. Specifically, the container has the main code number; Case number or serial number. Inspection number; Container size and type code.
1. Necessary marks.
1) Identify the mark. It includes the main container, serial number and verification number.
(1) Main box code. According to the International Organization for Standardization, the main code of the case is represented by four capital Latin letters, the first three of which are specified by the case owner and the fourth by U.
(2) Good order, also known as the box number, composed of 6 Arabic letters. If the small number is not six digits, less than six zeros are used before the significant number. For example, 053842.
(3) Check the numbers. The inspection number is the basis for accurately recording the main code and serial number of the box. It is located after the case number and is represented by an Arabic numeral and a box.
2) Operation mark.
It includes the following three contents:
(1) Rated weight and self-setting weight mark. The rated weight is the gross weight of the container, and the dead weight is the empty container mass (or empty container weight). ISO688 specifies that both kilograms (kg) and pounds (lb) should be expressed.
(2) Air, land and water container label. Because of the strength of the container can only be stacked two layers. As a result, the ISO has a special logo for the container, which is black and located in the upper left corner of the side and end walls. The minimum size is 127mm high, 355mm long, and the font height of the letter logo must be at least 76mm.
(3) Electrocution warning sign on top of boarding. Various triangles with yellow backgrounds are often located at the top of tank containers and escalators to warn boarders of electrocution.
